How do I create a Book Easy Maids account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you.  Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account at this link

What is included in a standard cleaning?

  •        Ceiling fans & light fixtures dusted
  •        Cobwebs removed throughout
  •        Blinds, window sills, & lock ledges dusted
  •        Lamps & lampshades dusted
  •        Pictures & knick-knacks hand wiped wiped (excessive amounts of these items may be additional charge.  Removing books from bookcases additional charge)
  •        Furniture hand wiped with slightly damp Micro-fiber towel
  •        Top and outside of refrigerator wiped
  •        Cabinets, light switch plates, & doors are checked for fingerprints
  •        Outside of appliances cleaned, Inside Microwave
  •        Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
  •        Counter tops & backsplashes washed
  •        All sinks scrubbed/disinfected; Windex Mirrors
  •        Toilets scrubbed & disinfected inside & out
  •        Tub/shower & tiles scrubbed
  •        All bathroom counters & fixtures sanitized
  •        Wastebaskets emptied/relined (Trash bags not provided)
  •        Beds made or changed if linens are available at bedside
  •        Stairs vacuumed, wood dusted
  •        Floors vacuumed & mopped
  •        Glass doors cleaned inside and out

We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.  Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer.  Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

What is included in the deep clean?

Every Deep clean Service include the following:

  • Ceiling fan blades wiped; Cobwebs removed throughout
  • Light fixtures washed in place/not removed
  • Blinds & shutters wiped by hand
  • Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges wiped down
  • Baseboards reachable without moving furniture, wiped down
  • All Doors and frames washed; Light switch plates wiped
  • Lamps & lampshades dusted or vacuumed w/attachment
  • Pictures & knick-knacks hand wiped (excessive amounts of these items may be additional charge.  Removing books from bookcases additional charge)
  • Furniture hand wiped w/slightly damp Micro-fiber towel. (top, fronts, sides, legs)
  • Exterior of refrigerator wiped
  • Outside of appliances cleaned. Inside & out of microwave
  • Stovetop drip pans scrubbed & removed to clean underneath
  • Stove Vent Hood cleaned (excessive grease may require additional charge)
  • All Cabinet fronts washed
  • Counter tops & backsplashes washed.
  • Toilets scrubbed & disinfected inside & out
  • All sinks scrubbed/disinfected, Mirrors cleaned
  • Tub/shower & tiles scrubbed (if excessive buildup of soap scum &

lime deposits may require more than 2 scrubbings, we will continue work-

ing on it on follow up visits)

  • All bathroom counters & fixtures sanitized
  • Wastebaskets emptied/washed/relined (Trash bags not provided)
  • Beds made or changed if linens are available by bedside
  • Stairs vacuumed, wood wiped (upon request w/Murphy’s Oil Soap)
  • Floors vacuumed & mopped
  • Glass doors cleaned inside and out
  • Furniture vacuumed

How do I log into my account?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I change my password?

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page at https://bookeasymaids.launch27.com/login/

Is my billing information kept safe and secured?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

How do I change my address?

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can can give us a call and we will update your address for you.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account at https://bookeasymaids.launch27.com/login/ and update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

Pricing & Policies

How do I refer a friend?

Log into your account and get your referral id.  Share this with friends. If a friend books through your referral id, your friend automatically gets a $25 discount and you earn a $25 referral reward that can be applied to future service.

How can I view my Book Easy Maids gift cards?

Log into your account at https://easybookmaids.launch27.com/login/ and you will see any outstanding giftcards and respective balances. In addition, you can see any referral rewards you have earned for referring a friend..

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Book Easy Maids certified cleaner.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it.  That’s our promise to you!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do.  We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 3 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 3 day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.
